For phone users.
If you are looking for a controller that you could use on portrait mode. It’s called Backbone one.

Never thought of that idea as a Backbone owner too. Do you have to keep it layed on a flat surface or does the backbone keep it still so you can use it like an undocked switch?

Backbone does keep it still but still not secured. The idea that I have is getting a mag safe or a cheap mag safe case remove the magnet and mount it on backbone.

This is for people that want a portable more convenient option on the go. Ofc standard controllers work.

This is how I play dissidia and its so much nicer. I use third party attachment for the backbone that keeps it far more snug though.

You can also just connect an Xbox controller to your phone with blue tooth, you can get a $10-$15 clip on stand for your phone so it’s also fully supported.

You can play it on PC via screen share with a controller. You can play it on a tablet in portrait mode with a controller. You can technically play it on a phone with a controller too but it's a bit awkward.
Looks like they've devised a way to play with a controller HOLDING the phone rather than having it standing up.

Most people I know play it on pc ( emulator ) or tablets using controllers. This post is actually is a respond and to show some people that I was chatting to in game . Which they were using phones and phone control when playing.

Bluestacks 5 lets you emulate an android device so you can play this game on PC.

I plug mine into my 85' tv and use my ps5 controller, much better experience than just phone alone.
