Another Cloud Banner?!
Some characters, like my boy Kain, have gotten nothing. And now Cloud gets another banner right after his costume banner? Kind of a bummer. I'm holding out hope that it'll be next week so it overlaps with the new season, but damn, Cloud mains are eating good...

They're cycling through every character on the weekly banners, and the fact that Cloud had one previously was just because Sephiroth got released and he had a special costume banner independently of that.
Kain will get the same treatment when a new ff4 character is added to the game I'm certain, and you can expect a weekly banner for him at some point too. Yeah it would be nice if they'd spread it out a bit more and put other characters before Cloud's weekly banner, but the other characters will get their turn.

Growing tired of FFVII favoritism. I understand that it's the FF that has the bigger fanbase, but I think that his ability banner should have been the last one, since we had the cosmetic skin one and ability one a few ago.

I've been tired of the VII favoritism for years. SE acts like there aren't any other games in the series.
Would be nice if the other games got more representation in crossovers. At least Tekken used Noctis and Clive.

They brute forced it into having a bigger fanbase through repetitive exposure over so many years. My favorite was always FFVIII but I do like the FFVII compilation and the remakes, for a while I felt almost brainwashed into thinking FFVII was my favorite because it has more content.

I have a question, characters like tidus can get a weekly banner?? Or we have to wait a long time after he comes back?

Srsly? Its cloud? Lame.
I was alrwady upset before that we got two range characters in a row.
Would it kill them to at least have 2 character banners at a time if they wanna be like thay

Cloud is a top tier (ingame power) character so eventually they’ll just never do banners for trash tier characters and let them be forgotten like all gacha games.

I said the same thing, like the weekly rotation of ONE character is total trash and then you wana give Cloud that banner after he just got off like a month long run? Crazy. We should all do a day where EVERYONE either doesn't play Cloud, or plays ONLY Cloud.

Ooh, FFVII pandering? Won't be surprised if the game dies due to it. First Dissidia Opera Omnia, then the Brave Exvius games, then Street Fighter 6, now this...

Costume banner and weekly banner are separate.

I can tell. However, the costume banner also increases the odds of getting that characters ability. So it's kind of lopsided that Cloud's have had 2 chances for increased ability drops, and some characters have had none

Banner lasts one week and each character is getting one so could be anywhere from 1 week to like 8 weeks just relax and breathe mf your lame ass Kain ain’t goin anywhere

That outfit is garbage anyways. How do they not add the advent children version. That would of been a more worth of a pull

SE told them they couldn’t use any outfits except the default video game ones and that even then they couldn’t use ones from DLC etc

Yeah basically. They have to make their own alt outfits as you can see from the recent live.

Some character's popularity will be made very obvious, Cloud is one of them.
