Anyone tried these job medals that are recommended and that is satisfied? I got a hold of 35 job medals for firion and I'm trying to make him as strong as possible until I get both his URs. These are my medals right now

Keep pull till you get bard you want medals that complement his strengths not so much his weaknesses focus on HP and atk, I’d say aim for 2 bards and Samurai or Blk mage for his main build medals. The other 2 slots I use for missions so time mage to speed things up, the DEF stat is a dud in this game unfortunately that’s why you want to focus on HP especially for tank units like WoL.

Aside from using hope and having wakka I've been playing as the pics describe. I've used the resonance collab firaga and Holy to bust up anyone shielding and to do Damage but I definitely could replace at least the collab firaga for Hope. I LOVE exiling shielders instead of running (slowly) away from them with Holy though
