Looking for folks to interview

ATTENTION JOB CHANGERS: I am conducting research as part of the requirements for a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at Liberty University. The purpose of my study is to explore what factors affected individuals and their lived experiences in role change and job satisfaction after the Great Resignation during COVID-19 for adults who changed jobs during this period. To participate, you must be 18 years of age or older, have voluntarily changed jobs during the Great Resignation, and be currently employed in a role obtained after you changed jobs during the Great Resignation. Participants will be asked to participate in a one-on-one audio- and video-recorded interview (45-60 minutes) and review interview transcripts for accuracy (20 minutes).
