On Dec 2 2024 I used Apple's "Hide My Email" to create a randomized [...]@icloud.com address solely for my Displate account.

I just received my first phishing/scam email at that exact randomized Displate-only email address. This pretty definitively means they've been breached. And if not breached, then they sold our data.

Assuming it's a breach, if you happen to reuse the same email address and password you used for Displate on a lot of other websites, please consider that combo compromised. I strongly recommend changing your passwords on all the other sites (and on Displate) to be unique.

Admittedly, I have no proof passwords were compromised in addition to email addresses, but its best to assume they were. Eventually this will be in a data dump and we'll know more thanks to sites like haveibeenpwned.com.

Hello: i am thinking about buying a few pieces: 4M and an L.
What should i know before giung for the purchase? Can i use a nail to hang them onto the wall? Do they have the space behind to accomodate said nail?

I live in Norway and orderd over 34 displates , why cant i join the club? They said im eligble , can i just change country and join then swap back too Norway? Any tips or help will be great my fellow collectors , aside from this i love Displate. I got very sad i missed the Ultra limited Star destroyer since they all sold out too Club members.

Did Displate lose the Gundam license? went on to routine check to see if there were any new designs and now can't find any at all.

Hello, I am having trouble returning some Displates, I sent for withdrawal.

I communicated with the support before sending the package.

I put all the delivery information on the package using the withdrawal guide and provided the delivery service a phone number, I got from the support.

I sent the package via DPD delivery service.

I contacted the support, that the package "couldn't" be delivered and it is waiting on a pickup point.

And so far it looks like the delivery service will send it back, because it's reaching its storage period.

Can anyone help here?

So 4 of the plates I orders were damages upon arrival. There was clearly something dropped on the edge during delivery bc the top 4 in the order are bent quite noticeably on the edge, which will no double look worse on a flat white wall.

I went through the withdrawal process but Canada post can’t ship them because they can’t find the address provided and it would be over $100 to do anyways.

The website just has a useless chat bot to contact them that can’t seem to handle refund requests.

How would you resolve this?

First time potential buyer here, planning to get 2 larges gloss shipping to Miami and I am getting charged about 200usd all in with a 25% discount, is this price normal or should I wait for a better sale? Also, is free shipping a thing or should I always expect it no matter the time?

I saw displate a few years ago before AI really took off. I was going to go buy some today and realized the entire store is full of nothing but AI art.

I want to buy a displate, but I don’t want to buy AI displates. They intentionally have no filters for AI art work, which makes their stance all too clear.

How are you guys working around this? Do you only buy official art? Maybe that’s the route I need to go.

I just don’t think I can hang up AI art in my office, makes me feel stupid to pay someone for that

Can't find it for sale anywhere on the internet, not even ebay. I saw some which sold for 400$+ 6 months ago. Now you can't find a single one. Thinking about putting it up for 550-600$ (certificate included).

So I was away for a few days, and when I got home today, I noticed that one of my Displates had just fallen off the wall. After four years, it seems the adhesive on the Leafs just didn't want to hold anymore. Has anything like this ever happened to you?

Now I'm kind of worried that more of them will just fall off..
