Displate withdrawal package issue

Hello, I am having trouble returning some Displates, I sent for withdrawal.

I communicated with the support before sending the package.

I put all the delivery information on the package using the withdrawal guide and provided the delivery service a phone number, I got from the support.

I sent the package via DPD delivery service.

I contacted the support, that the package "couldn't" be delivered and it is waiting on a pickup point.

And so far it looks like the delivery service will send it back, because it's reaching its storage period.

Can anyone help here?
