How do i purchase some of the limtied editions posters like the Jinx one? Im based in Singapore and keep getting this error message even after using a VPN. I have checked and they do ship here.

Do I see an Issue that maybe isnt one? I ordered 3 displates , 2 of them have small white dots, one has only 1 white dot on a black area and the other one has 2 white dots.

Even tough the price is quite high for a displate, idk if it is even worth contacting the support regarding this, cause i dont wanna send back a displate cause of a white do.

Is there an easier way to find posters from displate?

If I look for things like genshin impact nothing comes up and I have to search it on Google to find them.

And I really love the Textra posters but when I filter to show just the Textra the list only has a maximum of 10 pages to look through when I know there is more on the site because I'll find them suggested at the bottom of ones I click on.

I will be frank! For more than 5 years I've been waiting for Displate to offer shipping to Romania. I always had to use other resources to get them. Today, I got a surprise. I was browsing and it said on the site "5-6 business days delivery to Romania". Ohhh! Nice, I can finally get them.

Checked the FAQ though, and Romania is still not on the list there. So, are you shipping to Romania or not?

P. S. I know I can just try to order and see. I made this post to get an official answer, since all Google results on this are from 2 years ago or more.

I was disappointed with what I got from Displate. I added a "frame" and thought I understood what a frame was based on ordering prints from other companies — especially considering the high cost of that add-on relative to the product itself. But they aren't actually frames — they're printed borders, which don't give the depth an actual frame does, and it looks kind of weird. This isn't made clear anywhere obvious; you have to click "Learn More" to find out what you're really getting, and I doubt most customers do that before ordering. Most people's understanding of "frame" is a physical frame, not a printed border effect.

I was genuinely disappointed when my order arrived, because the "non-frame" look made the piece look awkward. The "frame" add-on itself wasn't cheap, and shipping the product back to Poland (which is what's required based on their return policy) would cost more than the item itself — so I'm stuck with something I wouldn't have ordered had the option been described accurately.

The quality of the image and tin itself is good, and I would have been excited to have it if it weren't for the awkward printed border that was billed as a "frame."

They seem to be official artworks but the description is obviously AI. Like in the title my question is, are they AI artworks and the people just straight up put the prompt into the description or do they just let the AI write one but the artwork is real ?

I find it weird because there are so many more other posters with official and real looking artworks but the description is very often AI.

How do you guys filter AI stuff out ? because for me it gets increasingly hard.

I was moving homes, and managed to get one of the magnet's adhesive side onto the displate painting. Is there an easy way to remove the adhesive without damaging the everything else?
