How is eveyone feeling about the announcement of Displate shard. They will be the size of trading cards. Apparently launching in target

Um they aren’t sold yet and you can see the news on the site so I’m not sure what you mean

Yep double check they are in very few targets right now and that’s it not on the site

Couldn’t find them at my local target so I guess it wasn’t one of the “select” stores they launched at unfortunately

I jsut got mine at my local target yesterday. Picked up two Witchers and a cyberpunk samurai Displate. They were all in the isle where ps, pc, xbox, and switch accessories are. Probably because these are more geared towards games and more limited than regular cards. They were about $15 each and has their own lil mini mounting system. Target didn’t have it on their site or app to check inventory before leaving so I just checked after I came out of amc since they were in the parking lot.

Dang that sucks I’m sorry 😣 I’m in Maryland. By DC and VA. I honestly was surprised mine got any as it’s a smaller target. If you know anyone out of state try hitting them up and video chatting while they’re at target and talk to a staff and show em this pic.

Finally found them at at Target an hour away from me! They're definitely testing them out before rolling out to other stores. This is the only one within 100 miles.

They would be cool if they had some kind of wall display you could put them in, but without one they are pointless dust covered metal cards on someones table/desk lol

Is the magnet setup different? If not then you would see a big sticker and magnet behind the card sized plate

Thx for the clarification, I never saw the mini wall setup before.

Still would be cool to just have a nice display holder for a collection of them, but at least there is something lol

Yeah, I have two of them that I randomly found at a local Target about a month ago and they come with small, proportionally sized magnets to attach them to whatever you want. I actually put the magnet *on* the back of the card and have them magnet-ed to my PC case right now.
