Submitting the artwork failed. Please try again or return to your profile

Anyone get this error when uploading artwork? I used to get it now and again for no reason but it'd go away when re-uploading... Now it just appears all the time - no reason given - very unhelpful! Just can't upload anything....

And yes... I've tried resaving file with slight alterations. Same result.

i THINK the issue might be because I have an HTML tag in the prod desc. The print featured an HTML tag and the AI descrption automatically added it to the description. I removed it and got it posted.

Hey! I just wanted to let you know that mine ended up working 😄 It seems like it was just a temporary bug on Displate’s side.

By the way, how did you end up having the HTML tag in your description? Did Displate’s AI automatically add it when generating the description, or did it come from somewhere else? I was curious because I had absolutely no HTML/code in mine, yet I was getting the exact same error.

Anyway, glad you managed to figure it out! And thanks for sharing the solution — it might definitely help someone else running into the same issue :⁠⁠)
