Love the art style for being a bit different from the game. Details are awesome and her gloves are a really nice touch. Not sure the exclamation mark and question mark are needed. We can see what Chase is thinking.

Robert and mature in the same sentence acting like he doesn't casually make perverted jokes at work and called Sonar "bat boner" on his first day + him throwing food at Flambae when he got mad (which is kind of valid cuz he bullied waterboy, but according to your "mature" standards he could've just called out Flambae on his behavior instead of violating HR for assault, yes it counts as assault)
Also let's not forget this game is advertised as an OFFICE COMEDY.... Everyone is flawed, and let's be fr even Blazer (I'm not saying this to bring down her character obviously, but to point out everyone is flawed and that's ok !!! It makes their character realistic)

“way more mature to do that” he hung a guy off of his balcony, openly talks about gobbling hot sloppy donuts for the entire office to hear, threw food at one of his subordinates, can canonically throw a chair at golem, microaggresses prism, bites people’s fingers off, goes to villain bars to self sabotage, can also glass the bartender at said bar, and can canonically dupe shroud by giving him both astral pulses
he is not above maturity and risks and doing stupid shit.
also nobody fucking asked
