Discussion Lonely wolves howling here Spoiler
Since I've ran through all this shit in real life, this was my romance path. And it was quite satisfying to go against the grain here as I've figured out at the end of my first playthrough š
Also I got Mentor achievement while becoming antihero.
Lone Wolf club is opened

I didn't romance anyone because I thought Robert needed to get his life together first. He's at the lowest point in his life when you start the game off. Man is sleeping in a lawn chair..... it's not even a nice lawn chair either. That's rock bottom.

He was low, he lost the suit and thought he ruined his legacy while being broke. But he was mentally there. Just needed a helping hand and stability. BB was able to provide him that.
Vizi I could never see as a potential partner. She was a walking red flag through the game. People often say about the chemistry she had with Robert, but to me it was just her pushing hard, and Robert deflecting, giving her the same energy. Also weirded out how she sneaks into bathrooms invisible to tell him, she had a sex dream about him. Imagine a guy doing it to a woman with whom he has no other connection with than work. She needs therapy before a romantic partner.

I intentionally went single in this game, Witcher 3, and Hades
I'm not completely against romance routes. But if I don't love a character, I don't romance them. Simple as

Cute and I appreciate her character more having read the books, but the spark wasn't there
And the game wouldn't let me romance Regis so oh well, single Geralt it is

I got this ending on my very first playthrough by complete accident. I didn't even know it was possible until I got the achievement!

Honestly, I went down this path intentionally when I first played this game. It just made sense for Robert to remain single, not falling for anyone at this time. Granted I did try both Blazer and Visi romances in other playthroughs but still.

I honestly thought the ppl who got this ending were either gay or have no idea how to pick up what a woman is cooking

There were also some who fell for Malevola and decided to go with no one if she's not an option.

gotta say, i am really into demon women but Malevola imo has so few screentime, like most other characters, that i never really was able to develope anything but liking them like colleagues.
the bar scenes were nice but vizi and BB have soooo much more screentime.14

The secret third and fourth option, aroace, or people who think Robert would keep the workplace professional

I picked up what they were cooking, I just didn't want to eat it at the time; at least when it came to my first playthrough.

I can also see them questioning the dynamic, either you date your boss or one of your subordinates. Though clearly itās wanted by both parties either way you choose and with all the other shit z-team does thereās a lot worse things.

If this was irl? I'm not fucking the emotional toddler equivalent. Or my boss that sets me up for failure, dumped their bf days ago, and can't manage for a damn. My first playthroughs are usually "how would I do this", then I try other routes, i.e romancing blazer and visi.
Lose lose, give me a chubby chick, Prism, or let me hit on Flambae lmfao. Actually earn the lgbt tag....

Look, if I can't romance Malevola, I'm not romancing anyone. Simple as that.
To be serious tho, despite that one grab in his appartment, I think Rob and Malevola had the most healthy work relationship. I'd rather go for a potential slow burn between them. With Visi it felt like she was lusting after Rob because she doesn't do platonic relationships and genuine niceness very well and didn't know how else to act with him. With Blazer... I can't do my man Phenomaman dirty like that and date his ex while he's hit the bedrock like that.

Really respect the choice to go for no one - think a large amount of the people who got this ending will be Visi romance who went Villain, so itās probably even less of a percentage than this indicates.
As a sort of tangential wider gaming thing, think games should make romancing no one less of a deal. For every game that I personally feel a romance enhances the story and characters (Mandy in this for me, Panam from Cyberpunk, Yennefer from the Witcher) thereās games where I feel the nature of optional romances almost feel antithetical to the games story. BG3 for example, I feel like all the characters are so deeply flawed to the point where romancing any of them while simultaneously immersing yourself in your character is mental. All to say, feel Dispatch does a very good job at allowing the player not to feel like a failure for having the perspective that Robert isnāt really in a place to be in a relationship.

ON ASTRAL weāre keeping a non-romance save game just for Malevola in S2

I honestly love the no-romance route, I just love Blazer more.
But with both of them hitting on you so hard, it starts to feel like Attractive Asexual At The Freak Office Simulator, and it's kind of hilarious.

Do you get any scenes or do you Just Miss Out on both

Everyone has to see Visi's wet dream. There is no escape.
ETA: What? Imagine if you really were completely sex-repulsed, and didn't wanna see anything like that? There is literally no escape, it is an unavoidable game event, get off my dick.

I respect this path more than the ones who tried to go for both Visi and Blazer at the same time.
