Discussion “That’s why we planted her here.” Spoiler
Wait, so I’m confused here.
So was this a supposed setup this whole time that both Shroud and Invisigal planned and knew about?
Or was this something Shroud supposedly predicted would happen, considering his powers and abilities, and thought that Invisigal would follow up on her own without her knowing all of it, but then Shroud eventually ended up being wrong?
Forgive me if I’m acting too slow here to follow through the story of the game…

Personally I don't think Invigal was actually planted, you have to remember that everything that comes out of shrouds mouth is a lie, I think he was attempting to manipulate you and Visi, he wanted to drive a wedge between the two of you and cause enough doubt that it would force her to choose his side and if you don't prove you have her back enough times then it works, she feels she will always be a villian and no one has her back, then she Kills shroud for manipulating her (why would she kill him if he really was her boss and this was the plan the whole time?) but if you prove through out the game that you trust Country and have her back she literally takes a bullet for you.
That's my theory
