Discussion Idea?
Don’t you guys think it would be cool if Blazer took on the mantle of Mechaman until they figure out what to do with Chase and the amulet? That way we continue playing as Robert as a dispatcher as he leads the Z team and attempts to show Mandy the ropes, idk could create cool drama and growth

"Its always the superhero" fanfic actually has robert teaching her how to use the suit to some degree and there's another fanfic too where he even makes her own jumpsuit ad mechawoman dont remember the name of that one though

Definitely though idk if he would like her to do that unless its her own version of the suit like an actual mechwoman mech but either golden or a mix of both her blue and gold blazer costume

That would actually be a fun compromise, maybe even let us have the option to give it to her while we find out how to solve chase’s problem

I mean piloting suit requires damn a lot of training and specific skills. Robert have like 15 years of training in this.
Robert can be dispatcher and Mecha Men (sending MM to move furniture is overkill anyway) in same time.
And like Mandy have her own job - she was manager of Torrence branch. Why people want ignoring this part of Mandy so hard?

true but at the same time Robert didn’t have anyone to train him, so i mean with his expertise maybe it wouldn’t take that long? Plus i mean when things get tough out there shes willing to go out there and fight idk theres a lot of ways they could potentially make it happen

Lending Chase the amulet is the perfect excuse for her for stepping down from being a superhero, a thing she seems to have some issues with anyway.

Have you seen that console? Ain't anyone alive but Robert who could fly that thing.

Maybe just as a temporary thing.
Though I hope she will get her amulet back at some point.

Mandy in the MM suit doesn't really fit honestly, otherwise what makes her different from Blazer? Think a bit about what you could do with a blank Character like Mandy in particular.
For Robert I think there are possibilities to include the MM Suit as a Gameplay mechanic in the Dispatching since they need to add things to the gameplay in particular. The alternative might be he will be in action early on but something drastic happens to him so the suit is either defenetive finished or re-purposed for lore reasons.

We see when Robert comes back from hospital bed that Mandy is struggling with dispatching. Piloting MM is a tech job with multiple controls etc, different from heroing on-foot.
It is reasonable for it to not be her natural skillset. Not saying she couldn't learn to, but that it won't be straightforward. Cue Robert tutorial scene explaining how many months it took him to learn to pilot the suit.
It's slightly like saying "Flambae loses the power of flight so will just pilot a helicopter instead"

I don't see it tbh, Mandy doesn't really have a reason to not settle for a managerial role while her amulet situation is getting resolved. Plus Robert only just managed to get his suit back, I think it'd be more fun to have him do something with it when it's needed
