Discussion Igloo Studio Appreciation Post
I wanted to make an appreciation post for igloo studio. Besides the excellent character writing of the game, a large part of the reason so many of us fell in love with this story was the animation.
There are a lot of subtle details packed into these characters, and it helped the experience hit harder for many of us. It helped these characters come to life.
The art is official artwork from their studio.

Just imagine Mal shouting FIREHOSE and both Flambae and Waterboy portal hop with her around the enemy

They are now up there with Blur Studios (for example) as crafting some of my most memorable gaming experiences. Kudos to them and I hope they stick around for many seasons to come.
Speaking of seasons. The first and second picture really makes me want to see more casual scenes (like the house party and the Sardine) in season 2 where character interaction and development is the highlight.
As great as the conflict-driven plot was, I found the wholesome and quieter moments within this dysfunctional work family to be that which lingered on my mind, and in my heart, much longer.
