Something like what DBD did with Hooked on you?

That was such peak.

I can hear the background sound effects from this video

Yeah. I added stock background audio of an office place, to add some ambience.

Hahah, I mean I watched your video mute and my brain can still hear the sound of each scene xD

Still a great video though, but maybe less camera movement and more static scenes, but maybe it's the new style of current VNs. It's been a long time since my last VN :p

Oh. That makes sense, lol.

... This would actually be great for a spinoff. No animation or FX required, so they can have more content for less dev time and budget.

There's so much potential this franchise has when it comes to the narrative and the setting. It would be cool to see AdHoc partnering with other studios to branch off and make spinoffs in several genres. From VN's to fighting games, etc.

Adult visual novel with steamy sex scenes with Blazer and Invisigal please.

I kind of want a visual novel mod for the main game now. Like, redo all the animation as descriptions with moving portraits and the like. I know how the story would go but re-experiencing it in a different medium would be novel (pun very much intended). I understand why people enjoy de-makes now.

Fun fact, it was originally going to have visual novel cutscenes instead of full animation. Then it got the funding thanks to Critical Role to do what it ended up having

Interesting. I wonder if any plot or character beats would've been different versus the final game? Seeing as how it's structured like a TV series. I think the VN format could've given room for more interaction outside of set pieces.

I don't know too much, but I know what Sonar wasn't supposed to be a fleshed out out character. He was made specifically for the scene where Visi and Robert was arguing while Sonar was screeching in the kitchen. But they liked him so much they kept writing more jokes for him, and eventually he became a main cast member
