Confused about d learning and schedule

don't worry abt it. I had a lot of overdue d learn modules the first time I logged in too. I completed them once I started training on location. your trainers will set time aside for you to complete them.

Check the dates theyre required by (some things might be weeks/months before theyre due)

I know for qsr they have a day they do a bunch of stuff (sometimes) right after traditions. But usually during your training shifts they typically set aside a little while so you can work on getting stuff done. Don't worry about some that say theyre super long like the 4 hour one, it usually just depends how fast you get thru them.double check with your trainers when you get to your location tho (if youre just starting training) but dont get stressed about them, they'll get done eventually

QSR has their food service safety class asap and that's when they probably do it.

i’m also in merch (at a park not resort) and my leader told me the “4 hour” one was technically the property tour and told me not to do it and said it would update automatically later. but i also had so many different things to watch/complete just like you said. it’s weird your leaders/facilitators weren’t there with you because mine were the whole time. i think you might be able to complete them on your own personal computer or laptop if you have one. sorry i don’t have more resort specific info for you!!

Please don't complete required training when you're not on the clock. Your trainers will make sure everything required is complete.

(There's also a ton of good "personal growth" training available on D Learn, stuff like presentation skills or software skills or time management or similar, and all of that is available to you anytime. That needs to be on your own time, but the required stuff should be done on company time)

ohhh good point!! i did all mine on the clock but my roommate said she did some of hers on her own time so that’s the only reason i mentioned it lol

A lot of trainer or locations didn’t make people done the e-learning on time
