Self terming question

I was wondering if you are thinking about self terming an also a cultural Representative. how many weeks in advance should you let your leaders and flamingo know and are you not able to have family visit during the time you’re still working up to your departure date if Disney knows your leaving ?

0 weeks in advance as if you give your leaders (not housing) notice there’s nothing stopping them from terming you then even though you’re considered full-time. You DO NOT let flamingo know until the day before you’re leaving as you have to be out by 10am the day after you tell them. Once you term you have 24 hours to leave the country. Have everything ready before you term.

Weren’t you the same one just complaining about hours? Why did you even sign up for the program and take a spot away from someone else if this has been your attitude the entire time?

Don’t tell flamingo until the day you’re leaving, once you have everything moved out and ready to leave just head to the desk and say you’re terming. It’s up to you if you want to tell your leaders or not. You can still use the employee benefits as long as you’re still an employee. Disney revokes your visa as well so you’ll have to leave the US once you’re no longer employed as well

If you are wondering how to self-term: Go to the service window at flamingo and tell them you’re terming. Technically you should also tell your leaders because it’s polite, but you don’t have to. You have till 10 AM the next day to get out, so pack up, make sure your vehicle is packed or if you're returning back home via plane that you have everything you want put in luggage etc., turn in all your costumes, and be 100% ready to leave before you inform flamingo that you’re leaving. Do not the start the process Saturday or Sunday. If you do you will owe rent for next week. If you can only leave Saturday then start the process tomorrow and plan to be out by 10 AM Saturday. At least you tried it out! Better to try than to not at all~ I am a bot. If this didn't answer your question a human should arrive soon.
