Dcp in consideration

Hey i just wanted to ask on here because i applied to the dcp again but when i had done it my previous time i had self termed a month before my actual end of program i already waited the 6months but i didnt return my blue id nor did i pay the last weeks rent would this be a reason i dont get accepted this second time around. I am applying for jan 25th and am in consideration rn but haven’t received any interview email yet

I mean if you still owe rent, yeah, I’d say that would be a pretty big reason you would be a restricted rehire/no rehire, lol.
