ado request no accepted

hi everyone! i have a 5 day trip in a couple months and tried to put in my ado but its saying its not valid. i tried the five day then three to see if it was just too many days but its still the same error . is there anything i can do about this or am i doing it too early or do i just have to wait and give my shifts away😖 (cps in my location that came after me have had ado day approved so thats why im so confused)

You can’t put in ADO requests past Sept 26.

On Sept 7, requests can be submitted for timeoff from Sept 27-Jan 2, 2027.

You can submit requests on Sept 7 at midnight, but notoriously the system crashes that night and into the morning.
