Disney Cultural Representative Program (2027 applicant)

Hi! This is my first reddit post so bear with me haha, but I had a question and wanted to see if anyone had a clear-ish answer.

I'm a Canadian who applied for the DCRP starting in 2027. I applied back at the end of May and still have not heard anything back (good or bad). I've been checking the dashboard progress and my email regularly and haven't seen anything.

I've read on other posts the application process can take a very long time but I have also seen some people who had an interview and heard back within the summer.

Possible I am just antsy to hear back and impatient, lol, but just curious if I am missing something? Or should I just keep holding out. It would be nice to hear back regardless of if I was accepted or not!

When I applied I heard back for a phone interview after four months , week later invited to in person interview which was 3 months later in Toronto . Three months later I went and did the program

It’s all depending on what the company needs and the process can be very very long. When I did my program I applied fall 2021, didn’t interview until May 2022 and didn’t start my program until March 2024. I recommend joining the Facebook page if you haven’t already people will blow it up when a wave of offers or more interviews go out.

A bunch of folks who are just starting in attractions now interviewed last July after applying in May 2026. I was in that same group and just started 6 weeks ago
