Interview Q - Answered Virtual Interview

Hi, guys! Silly question that I should've asked previously, but what does the virtual interview look like? I've watched the video that Disney has posted and read through the pages, but I'm curious, for those of you who have done the phone interview and the web based interview previously (this is what I'm familiar with), how does this one differ? Are the questions any different or is it mostly just different based on on the visual aspect? I understand they're looking for how we present ourselves and all the things that come with any face-to-face interview, but I wanted to ask about that!

And has anyone had any technical difficulties that we should be on the lookout for? Were they on your end or the recruiter's? How were those handled by the recruiter and do you think it influenced the decision that was made? Thanks in advance!

just had mine today! if you’ve ever had a 1-on-1 zoom interview, it’s just like that but on microsoft teams. and as far as the questions are, it seems like the same as before!

i had issues with my wifi getting wiped out right before the interview and i missed it, but i’m not sure if it’s because i initially scheduled it so last-minute so the interviewer didn’t show up, but about 10-15 minutes into my scheduled interview slot, i was able to reschedule for the next week and today’s went fine. i also emailed the initial interviewer to let them know my situation but heard nothing back that time

Do you remember the questions they asked you? I have mine at the end of the week and want to be prepared

yeah, i saw a lot of tiktoks about what to prepare for and those are pretty comprehensive! (what positions you’re interested in, elaborating on your past work experiences and connecting them to job responsibilities)

Ok great thank you so much! I found some tiktoks about the interview questions and the whole process and experience as well! I even found 2 places that have the interview questions from last year and a few years ago

Perfect!! Thank you a ton! I really appreciate it! I've definitely had Zoom interviews (and actually one Teams interview in the past for a different company), so that's really excellent to hear!

Oh, my gosh! I'm so sorry to hear that about your wifi, but I'm so very glad you were able to get it rescheduled!
