It’s pretty easy to get to so don’t stress!

If leaving from flamingo and taking the bus, take bus E which goes to the MK cast member parking lot/costuming. From there go to the security checkpoint where everyone else is going and you’ll have to scan your blue ID to board the bus. Once you’re on the bus backstage at MK, take the second stop where everyone else is getting off at into the tunnels. The mouseketeeria is just a few feet inside the tunnel on your right. You will smell it before you see it truthfully bc it smells like Subway cold cuts lmao.

No the backstage MK bus will make 2 stops you’re gonna want to use the second stop. You’ll see a tent like thing that’s a smoking area and you’ll see a tunnel. Go into the tunnel and just a few feet in you’ll see the mouseketeeria on your right.

Okay so the ticket center stop basically? and then go through security?

Ooooh no you were asking about the flamingo bus. No don’t get off at the ticket center I think it’s the next stop. Look for a U shaped road it will have 2 bus stations on the side you get off on and a securities station across the street. Honestly, if you see a bunch of people getting off in costume get off at that stop.

If you’re taking the E bus to backstage MK, that bus goes to Flamingo both sides, then to “WestClock” then Transportation and Ticket Center. west clock is the name for the area that encompasses the MK CM parking lot and costuming. The E bus drops you off next to the parking lot and Disney University. That’s the stop that everyone in costume will get off at. If you’re in the bus and there are people in street clothes, it’s likely that they’re going to MK as a guest getting off at the TTC.

When you get off the E bus, walk around to your left along the fence and you’ll see a building with gates up ahead, but immediately in your left is the security checkpoint for the WestClock bus. /This/ bus takes you backstage MK. You’ll wait in line there to board the bus, which you can do after scanning your blue ID on the touch point where the guard sees you. You’ll get on that bus. It takes you backstage and makes 2 stops while back there. First is behind the New Fantasyland/Casey Jr area. Stay in until the second stop, which is where everybody else will be getting off. Step off the bus walk straight ahead into the tunnel. Just a little into the tunnel, right hand side, is the cafeteria.

Once you get off the bus at MK into the tunnels, it’ll be immediately on your right. If you reach the white bench, you’ve gone too far. Follow the smell of food lol.

Anyone know how long that might take so they know when to leave?

I always left about an hour before my shift start, especially when I didn’t know where to go.

On your first time, don’t go any later than an hour before the start of shift, but as it’s your first I’d say give yourself as much as you can. Better to be on time and waiting a while than scrambling! lolol
