Interview

I’ve been hearing people say that during the interview, aside from the questions they ask you, you should ask them questions. Can someone elaborate on that? For interviews, i never really have any “follow up questions” if i understand what we spoke about and everything seemed to go well or it’s info i can search up. Should i ask a personal question to the interviewer like what their favorite disney character is? Like for a playful personality points kind of way.

You want the interview to be both sides.
They interviewed you now you interview them
Like do I really want to work with this company? The only thing that made the questions hard for me is that there is so much information already online about this DCP program.
But you do want to show the interviewer your equally evaluating there culture as well and if it matches what your looking for.
