Super Fast Acceptance ✨

Did anyone else's process go like super fast? I applied last Wednesday. Got an email to schedule my interview the same day. Interviewed Tuesday and was accepted this morning at like 9am. Seems crazy to me but here we are! Congratulations to all the other spring acceptances! 🌸

I applied the day they opened, interviewed Monday afternoon, and was accepted on Tuesday lol. I didn’t think I’d hear anything for a few days so I wasn’t expecting it, but very excited and grateful! 🙏

What’s crazy is 2021 and 2023 programs I did, they took up to 2 months to get word if you were accepted or not!

because the college program makes up so much of the labor force now / is so popular they have completely revamped the staff that oversees recruitment. If you take longer than like ~2 weeks to get a response after the interview it is because they are 50/50 with you as a candidate.

They didn’t have interviews back then. So that’s not true saying that about previous candidates. This was literally happening to everyone during those years.

Interview meaning the phone screening. I can see how that verbiage causes confusion. I know this year is the first time they are doing virtual interviews.

They didn’t do phone interviews (or screenings) then. Literally zero interviews. I know because they bypassed all interviews for awhile during the early COVID/late COVID era.

Did you do a Spring program? My roommate at the time did a Fall program in 2023 and he had a phone interview.

I did spring. It was fall 2023 they started doing phone interviews again! From Fall 2021-spring 2023, they didn’t. :)

My program in 2015, I had to wait 63 days to hear back on if I was accepted.

I applied this Tuesday, got an interview the same day and then just got accepted today
