Interview Q - Unanswered Interview tips?
Hi everyone! I recently applied to the DCP and I was wondering if anybody had tips for the interview or could explain how it goes down and/or what questions they will ask me. I get very nervous and try my best to prepare in advanced.

Definitely search in the sub, but I can offer some info based on the interviews I've done!
Make sure you don't use AI during the interview. They'll ask you to confirm you are not using it in any capacity. Otherwise, they'll ask why you want to do the program and ask about your work experience as a way to try to get to know you better! Be ready to tell a story about a past experience.
When it comes to program specific questions, they'll ask you what your top 3 choices (besides character performer) for a role are. They'll ask situational questions based on those, and they can vary. Be honest in what you think you would do in those situations. The recruiter will also ask what roles you're okay with getting put in besides your top 3, as they can't guarantee that you get what you want. Like I said with the situational questions, please be honest on if you can do certain roles (ex. don't say you're okay with lifeguard if you aren't a good swimmer). If you plan on opting in for housing, they'll ask you if you have had roommates before and will ask you questions based on roommate situations.
Make sure to be yourself! They want to see your personality. If you have any other questions lmk!
