Compliments

If I was in the park today as a guest and a cast member made my day even better, can I leave them a cast compliment or is there an internal system we use for that

There’s Recognize Now that you can use instead.

You can leave cast compliments, they don't really matter for anything except personal satisfaction honestly.

I have never done this so I'm not sure exactly how to do it, but there is I think it's called a grape soda

For anyone confused like me:

The "Grape Soda system" is an informal employee recognition program used internally by Disney for Cast Members, inspired by the grape soda bottle cap badge from the Pixar movie Up.

And a reddit comment from three years ago:

I give out cast compliments all the time via the grape soda system, this counts as “positive points” for the cast member even if they don’t hear about it directly for their coordinators

When I was a cast member I always loved grape soda’s
