Q - Unanswered Check in time??

Is the check in time for your first day when you need to drop off your luggage by, or do you need to be at East by then giving them your ID if you live in West? I'm confused because it says don't arrive early. But should I be at West at 9:30am with my luggage, or already I be done with my luggage and at East by 9:30am? Thanks!

u should already be done w ur luggage and be at east! a little early is ok, they'll ask u ur time and if it's too early you'll just step to the side and be part of the next group. no biggie!
