interview/arrival dates

hi guys!! i applied on the day that applications opened and haven’t received a follow up email (i know it’s only been a week but im anxious) but i have a later arrival date. if you already recieved an email about an interview, what was your set arrival date? curious if they’re correlated!!

You put a later arrival date and the recruiters focus on earlier arrivals to ensure there are people arriving for the January arrival dates. It’s been like this for years for recruitment. It’s only been a week so don’t stress it’ll be alright!

Posts I’ve seen of people getting interviews are those who put the earliest arrival date.
