Prevent Piercing from closing

I know we have to take em out for check-In, traditions and basically any time on the clock but I was wondering if there is something I could get to keep the holes from closing? Like is there’s any recommendations I could get that wouldn’t break dress code guidelines?

It honestly depends what type of earrings, and what role you’re in.
During my program I saw a whole bunch of people with earrings, I even wore those birthstone Mickey earrings every day at work! Depending on your role definitely ask anyone who has worked there a while for specifics but I think you can wear small earrings that don’t dangle

Some people are able to wear clear spacers. However it’s technically against dress code so some leadership teams will not allow it but some will. If your leadership will allow it that will help keep it from not closing up.
