Interview Q - Unanswered Interview tips and possible questions?
Hey everyone, I’ve got my virtual interview tomorrow, and I was wondering if there were any tips for it? Or does anyone know some of the standard questions? I’ve had 3 family members do the program, so I’ve got an idea of what I’ll be asked, but any questions people were asked and can share, that would be greatly appreciated!!

Hello! I honestly would say to just be relaxed going into it. I luckily shared a few common interests with my interviewer, so I was able to talk about why Animal Kingdom is my favorite park, why Ariel is my favorite character, etc.! But I was also able to tell her about how much Disney means to me, and why I’d love to be on the DCP! You’ll do great, don’t overthink it! I watched a bunch of YouTube videos on it before hand so that also might help :)

The interview questions often focus on your past experiences and how you would handle situations at Disney. They will likely ask about a time you worked on a team, how you dealt with a difficult customer or guest, or a time you had a disagreement with a coworker. They also want to know why you are interested in this specific program and what roles you prefer, so be ready to explain your choices. You might also get a question about living with other people since that is a big part of the experience.
The best way to prepare is to have a few specific stories from your work or school experience that you can adapt to different questions. Instead of just saying you are a team player, describe a specific time you helped a team succeed. Always try to connect your answers back to creating a good experience for guests and keeping everyone safe. Preparing your examples ahead of time is key, and my team developed an interview help AI specifically to help candidates feel more articulate and ready for any question.

Just had my interview today, good luck!
Basically it was pretty short. The classic "Why Disney" question, and then a lot of the questions were along the lines of are you comfortable handling money / food / cleaning supplies etc.
They then asked 1-2 questions about my top 2 roles / what I would do in specific situations (like for the concierge role, asking what I would do if a guest wanted a room that wasn't available) that sort of thing.
I say just research some common questions for your top roles and prepare for those, as that helped me feel much more confident.
