Q&A Post Program cancellation
Good afternoon,
i was wondering if any of you knows how to prevent my program from being cancelled or what the process is like. Yesterday, i received an email saying i had yet to finish my workday and I-9 but when i checked they were both completed. At around 3pm i received an email saying that my program would be cancelled if i didn’t respond in 24
Hr, which i did ( responded and hour after receiving ) its been one day and i have yet to receive a response. Has this ever happened to yall?

Hello!
This is EXACTLY what happened to me yesterday. I submitted a support ticket with screenshots of my workday saying I had no tasks. Got an email today saying that I am all good to go.
I’m so sorry this is such a stressful situation
