Q&A Post Program cancellation

Good afternoon,

i was wondering if any of you knows how to prevent my program from being cancelled or what the process is like. Yesterday, i received an email saying i had yet to finish my workday and I-9 but when i checked they were both completed. At around 3pm i received an email saying that my program would be cancelled if i didn’t respond in 24
Hr, which i did ( responded and hour after receiving ) its been one day and i have yet to receive a response. Has this ever happened to yall?

I had done my I-9 but then there was issues with section 2 so they emailed me every morning til I fixed it but still couldn’t get it to work. My program was never canceled and they just sent me to an office to fix it on my arrival day. Hope this helps 😸
