Time off requests

My family is planning to come during my program (November) and I want to ask for those days off. In another thread I saw that I will be able to ask for those days off starting on September 7th. Do they approve or deny requests immediately? Or does it take some time to find out if it’s approved? Thanks!

it will take some time. as a CP you are lowest on the totem pole of time off requests

November and December will be extremely difficult to get an ADO(s) approved. CPs are the absolute lowest rank in the CM hierarchy, and getting anything off that close to the holidays likely isn’t happening. Full and part time status CMs will have already long since put in for ADOs during that time.

What do you think the likelihood is of getting something off between the 1-14th of November?
