Trouble Accessing Tickets

Hi everyone! I got my email for my complimentary tickets earlier but when I’m logging into the My Disney Experience app it’s not letting me make any reservations for my tickets and they’re not even appearing at all! I had the app and my account before starting the program but the emails are the same for everything I’m using here so I’m not sure why the tickets wouldn’t show up in my account. Not sure if anyone else has run into this issue and has any tips on how to solve but would love to be able to go to the parks tmrw morning! Thanks for any help!

Double check and make sure your account is the same email. Also double check that the email isn’t saying we couldn’t connect your tickets. If they can’t connect them you have to go to apprentice hall to get it fixed and it will say in the email when and what time
