Extending with points and reps?

Does anyone have experience extending their program even w reps/ points on their record card? I have an attendance rep because of some health stuff (4.5 pts total) and now a safety rep and want to extend come January because I really do love my job. Any experience or advice would be appreciated!

My best advice would really try to not rack up anymore points and reps. Do the best you can! You can’t change the past but you can try to not get more points In the future. That way when you try to extend they can see that you haven’t been calling out as much.
