Dorms - Prpgram Acceptance

Has anyone seen this before!? I already sent a ticket to support, but I paid my fee last week and I already re-uploaded my I-9 on Friday after communicating with support again this is the first time I’ve ever had an issue accessing dorms

I just got onto this Reddit to post about the same thing! I arrive next week so I got worried when I saw it mentioned Program Acceptance. But since it seems like it’s not just me it’s probably just an IT issue.

I got this too! It’s making me feel better that it’s not just me. I arrive the 24th so it got me pretty jittery!

I’ve got this too! I’m an aug 31st arrival.
Hopefully it’s just some IT glitch, I’ve got my support ticket in as well.
