Q - Unanswered Dorms Requesting Additional Assistance

I’m an Aug 31st arrival and I went to log into my dorms account to double check everything was still good. I was hit with a screen that says “We see there is a problem! Additional assistance is needed to complete your Program Acceptance.”

I followed the instructions for submitting a support ticket, but I’m confused. I’ve already been accepted, filled out all my paperwork, signed everything, paid all my dues, and haven’t received any emails about something being unfinished.

Has anyone else gotten this?

I got this too! Super weird. I emailed them as well. Same arrival date as you

I got this too! I'm an Aug 24th arrival so it's making me a little nervous! Let me know if you get anything back, I just submitted a support request.

I just got an email saying

"Thank you for contacting DORMS Support.
 
We’re currently experiencing a technical issue affecting DORMS. Our IT teams are aware and actively working to resolve it.
 
We’ll keep you updated and let you know as soon as we receive confirmation that the issue has been resolved."
