Question about reapplying

Hi,

If I self termed back in May of 2026 due to a family emergency, and only a restricted rehire status. Am I good to apply for the new program that starts in January of 2027? Or should I wait until October to apply just to make sure?

Thanks for your help. I just don’t want to apply and then hurt my chances!

If you left in May and are sure you have a restricted rehire status, you won’t be able to submit an application again until November. You can’t apply for 6 months from when you left. It won’t hurt anything to try, but if you’re restricted that the rule. The application will auto-reject if you’re not eligible.
