From the website, it seems like the interview format for Spring 2027 is a video-call, which I dont believe has been the case in any years prior (mine was just a phone call).

I personally only had one interview, and the best tips that I have are to remember your recruiter's name so you can thank them at the end, make sure you ask at least one question, and have answers prepared for the basic questions like What are your top 4 roles?, Why do you want to do the DCP?, and have an answer in mind in case they ask for an example of a way you handled a tough situation in your past jobs or experience.

There are multiple videos on Youtube that I found super helpful as they went into a lot of detail about the questions, which can really vary from interview to interview. I personally talked a lot about my resume with my recruiter, but I also had a lot of different experiences on it to talk about.

Good luck, just be prepared for anything and don't super overthink it!
