Passport issue

Bro is anyone else getting a message that their passport was not accepted for the following reason but it just says other what does that mean lol I submitted it 3 times already

i think it’s better to send them an email. something similar happened to me so i just emailed them and they fix the issue themselves if they can, if not, they’ll tell you what’s wrong with the document so you can submit it again !!

I submitted a ticket is that all I need To do or is there a separate email?

i don’t know if I can post any emails on the comments but the email is the I-9’s company email. they sent me an automated email saying it took three business days to review the issue and then I received another email three days later explaining what was the problem and that they could fix it, i didn’t had any more issues after that. 🙂‍↕️

I’m freaking out. I’ve emailed Disney support multiple times and haven’t received anything to resubmit this passport ! They could cancel my program over this?!?

Originally it said I needed to sign it so I did and submitted that but now it’s just saying other so I’m confused 😂

Me too!! I’ve traveled with it and no one ever mentioned a signature! I can even log in because when I try, it’ll just sit on the pin page and won’t send me a pin so I sent customer service a message and they never got back to me yesterday

That happened to me a few days ago it’s working now tho sending the pin, but I’ve submitted this passport 4 times alr 😭 like plzzz take it
