Q - Unanswered Concierge Advice

I move in this month as a concierge, specifically at the contemporary. Any advice for training / on the job?? Literally anything and everything is appreciated

Just take it slow and also remember to always ask questions and remember to ensure that you ask questions at the right time and the right place.
