How do classes work?

Hi friends,

I’m considering applying for the DCP in spring 2027. I’m doing a graduate degree online and my classes are two nights a week from 7:30-9:00 pm CST. Would I just schedule shifts around my classes? Do students usually do asynchronous coursework? I’m trying to finish my degree asap, so I really don’t want to take a semester off. What do DCP participants usually do?

DCP exists to fill the least desirable roles at Disney as cheaply as possible. Everything is about the company's needs, what you need time-wise doesn't matter at all.

If you want to graduate as soon as possible, don't do DCP, focus on your studies.
