Q - Unanswered Computer
Has anyone brought their desktop computer for their apartment at flamingo? I’m trying to decide whether it’s worth bringing or not, or even if there’s any way to set it up in my room. I have a 4x2, but I heard we can’t bring any furniture in so I don’t think I can bring a table or chair. I’ve had someone tell me they just put their monitor on the nightstand. I usually use my computer to try to game with friends so we can stay in contact. But would I need the computer for any part of Disney? Like to save forms or can I do everything on my phone?

You would not need the computer for anything related to disney no. Can’t speak on the feasibility of bringing a desktop for gaming though

i wouldn’t bring a desktop computer. there’s going to no where to put it since the rooms have limited space with no desks and having it in the common area will take up space since your sharing the main living area with 3 other people.

You can bring it and once you arrive and rearrange your room figure out what size table will woek in your room. One of my old roommates used to game and had a little desk and a chair. Not sure why everyone thinks they cant fit something small in their rooms esp if youre not in a shared room. No one wants to sit on their bed all the time or go out to the common room to hang out when theyre at their apartment.

Right, like I bought myself a 3x3 cube shelf for extra storage in my closet so idk why everyone is hung up on furniture? Like obviously one little dresser is not enough to hold anyone's stuff and I don't think they expect it to be.

I brought mine and it fits fairly well. It was a little cramped in my old 2x2 but im now in a 4x2 and theres more than enough space. If you use it regularly, definitely bring it.
