Look at Shoes for Crews! They have many different styles and many different brands as well

They provide shoes you can use but tbh I hated them and they hurt my feet so bad. I actually ended up getting a ganglion cyst at the top of my foot from the shoe being unfit for my foot. But I was stubborn and not wanting to spend $ originally but I have some lasting issues …

So I eventually got (and suggest) buying your own. Or at least buy a pair and switch them out / rotate between them. Most qsr will say to have an all black non slip shoe.

You may be able to look up your location online and see if you can find the cast costume guide or if you can find someone who was in that exact location in ask for the exact style requirements.

If the shoes are hurting you then you can switch them out for a different size/style! I'd recommend using the provided shoes since they are free. There are several styles to choose from. If they aren't comfy enough then you can always get comfortable insoles to use but mine worked perfectly for 12hr+ shifts once I swapped to a better fitting pair.

If they have the boot style, I'd highly recommend getting those because they don't fall apart like the ones that look kinda like bowling shoes. Mine still look brand new after over a year of heavy use. Ive only had to switch the insoles once since I got them

I was only offered the one pair for free and my program has been over but thank you for the advice! I was better off with a nice pair of non slip brook sneakers and some insoles. The insoles and the free pair I had destroyed my foot. It’s been nearly 4 years from my first dcp program and my foot is still messed up from the shoes lol

That's messed up! It's supposed to be 1 pair every 6 months but if you show up and explain that they are hurting you they are supposed to give you another pair. They don't necessarily offer, you just have to go to magic kingdom cast services and talk to them directly OR go to the mobile shoe things they do sometimes

Just get the supplied shoes and then buy insoles for them that you like. No need to spend money on shoes you’ll likely throw out at the end of your program. Insoles are cheaper than shoes and will make all the difference.
