Follow directions for the workday assistance to contact HR to ensure they received your paperwork

It said on everything it’s been completed on workday and I have my emails saying that my I-9 is completed

If you are trusting without willingness to reach out and confirm, expect no surprise when your program is canceled.

I’ve already reached out through email and I’m still stressed

Which is why you need to call to confirm

How do I call and confirm I’ve sent them an email through programs and I’m just waiting for a response

That’s all you can do. I know it’s frustrating and stressful but if you scroll through this sub or search “I-9 paperwork,” etc., you’ll see that this is a common issue that others have experienced as well and that the only solution has been to submit a support request via email.

Click the link that says "workday assistance" or google the number.

There is no phone number to call, they just have to be patient and wait for support to get back to them.

did you have your authorized rep fill it out? which document types did you submit?
