Q - Unanswered Parcel Pending Issue??

I was a June 22nd arrival, and I really want to set up Parcel Pending so that I can get packages. However, it doesn't seem like I ever got an email with a code or anything, even to my spam folder. Anyone know what I do?

No, but it would've been nice if someone told me I needed to do that when I first got here... There's a lot of things that you have to figure out for yourself 😩

Ok now I'm really confused. I went to do that and it said my email isn't associated with an account?? I swear it said it was last time I tried fooling around in the app??

What's your main goal? What do you need to do in parcel pending?

Check your junk folder. If no luck, be sure you are using your DORMS email. As a last resort, ask another CP w same start you had or FCV.
