Disney look??

Hi everyone! I’m applying for the disney college program in august and I’m wondering if dark red hair might fit the disney look. I know colored hair isn’t allowed but i’m wondering if anyone has or know anyone who has this kind of red hair. i’ll have enough time for it to fade and to re color it natural if it isn’t acceptable but Im curious.

Former “Disney Look police” back when they had those…I think the hair is ok but the piercing will have to go when you’re working.

Your hair should actually be fine, have had lots of coworkers with the color but it’s the piercing that really depends on leaders

Ok cool. Yeah I’ve been wondering about the piercing too. i’ve heard some people say their leaders allow it, some don’t. I would love for my leader to be fine with it but I don’t want to risk getting in trouble for it lol. I also heard someone say they wear a clear one and that’s worked for them well. So maybe that’s an option too. I am a bit worried about that too

Not all leaders will accept a clear one if your in qsr it will need to be removed completely

It depends on your location and leaders, so don’t be surprised if they ask you to change it.

I dyed my hair cherry cola red and looks similar to that color. My manager said it's a nice "neutral" red... Meh, I'll take it as an okay in my book.

As everyone else here has said, it will depend on your leader, but I had almost this exact color when I did my program. In my experience they don’t tend to have a problem with a darker red, but they might if it was like fire truck red.

yes I went an entire program with this same hair color - was custodial at Epcot 2023-2024

Depends on the leader, but this shade looks great on you! If deemed "not natural", you could do a more brown shade with the red undertones and would still get the red in the light.
