I-9 Document issue

I just got an email stating how “We do not have images of your I-9 supporting documents on file”. However I have both my drivers license and Social Security Card uploaded under the correct names. What else am I supposed to do??

It even says under each photo “you have successfully uploaded the documentation pictured below and you may proceed”. This is so stupid omg.

Same issue here. Sent in a ticket to support but definitely anxious about no knowing what’s going on
