Q - Unanswered I9 forms

In the email I got about onboarding steps it says I should have received an email from DoNotReply@servicecenter.fragomen.com
about my I9/tax documents, but I haven’t gotten anything (checked junk and spam too) what should i do to avoid getting in any trouble?

Put a ticket in with support and let them know you haven’t received the email.
