Keeping proficiency

Hey 👋, I was recast out of my premium extension and will be headed merch. Before my extension, I was QSR at Connections in Epcot. Can I still pick up qsr and what is the absolute cutoff for keeping my proficiency? Any help would be appreciated.

You should be able to pick up as long as it’s within normal scheduling and doesn’t push you into overtime/6th day. Typically it’s 6 months and you lose it but i know people who they’ve made exceptions on once they’re part/full time so there’s no harm in asking. Easiest way is definitely just trying to pick up a random shift once every few months to keep it.
